Meet Patrice Faye
Patrice Faye is a survivor of child abuse continuing into her late twenties. Her message of resilience and passion to emerging adult survivors pursuing higher education is innovative. As a local spokesperson for adult survivors of child abuse, she is dedicated personally and professionally to establishing peer-to- peer support groups on college and university campuses because she knows that the restructuring of life after abuse is a work in progress. At home in Gwinnett County, Georgia, she enjoys freestyle dancing on Friday nights with her family, running road races, eating Jamaican food, and volunteering at various school and community events.
